    Hi there,

I suffer from a condition called psoriatic arthritis. It's an inflammatory arthritis and not the worst kind thankfully. I play golf when I can and have good days and bad. It affects my hands and feet. I was wondering do any of you guys have anything similar and if so have you any hints or tips to deal with it above and beyond the usual drugs. Thanks.

My parents play (and played) golf with Rheumatoid for years. They found that wearing the lightest shoes possible helped with the ankle pain, also hybrids rather than hitting irons off hard ground helped with wrists.

Other than that its lots of water and the methotrexate.

Methotrexate and I don't get on!
