Watery eye??

Hi all my 19 month old sons right eye seems to be watery,, like tears comin.down his cheek??? Its not red or doesnt seem to be itchy..its only his right eye though...i thought it was just the wind, but happens indoors too.. Anyone else experience this?? Thanks in advance
