I had a set of 17" alloys (multi fittings) on my mk6 golf, would anyone know if they would fit an e90?

Depends on what the other fitting is, I'm thinking not.

E90 is 5*120mm pcd with 72.5mm centre bore
Golf is 5*112mm pcd with 57.1mm centre bore

I'd safely say your wheels have 5x100 and 5x112, so its doubtful they'll fit. Et would most likely be out too.

Isn't the golf a 5x100? I have a set of wheels here from 1 and that's what they are....

Simple as above, 4 and 5 and the number of nuts, then the next part is the diameter of the circle they all pass through.

The ET and centre bore you can find out in more technical terms by google.

    But simple answer is no.

The mk4 golf are 5x100 as are some of the mk3s (most were 4x100) The mk5 golf are 5x112
