Website refused Laser, 365online says money has gone out

I was trying to buy a computer from a UK based website called SaveOnLaptops. I tried to pay with my laser and put in all the info, then the site told me it couldn't accept that. So I went onto my account on 365online and the online statement says that the money was taken. This has been in the last 24 hours or so. Is this…

So I went onto my account on 365online and the online statement says that the money was taken. This has been in the last 24 hours or so.

Is this normal? Will the balance just reset itself again tomorrow? And If they have taken the money, do I have any protection at all with the Laser card?

Most likely an authorisation/temporary hold. These clear in a few days.
