I got some crushed grain from someone, but the label show that they are outdated. They are still sealed in the original bag and they seemed dry(no mold).
How long can one keep grain?

Well grain has been found in the pyramids that was still edible after thousands of years.

As long as its kept dry it should be tickety boo.
