Thinking of buying an apt in galway city as an investment....... Where would be the most sought after & desired area (most likely to rent easily when vacant?? ) Any suggestions on particular areas or complexes? tanx.

An unhelpful post removed and thread moved to the Accommodation/Property forum from Galway.

Generally the areas around the third level schools are the most likely to be popular.
