FIS Form Question

    Hi
    Just filling out the FIS form for the second time (got turned down previously) I am separated so do I need to fill out Part 6? - Your's spouses details? I technically have a spouse but we're not together.......

    I think there is a section on it where you tick your status(separated) if there is, I would like spouse details blank.
