Provisional License Renewal Question

My provisional license is up for Feb next year, i know its a long way away but with college starting next month, etc i do not think that i will get my driving test done in time..

I was just wondering if i renew my provisional, will i have to complete the mandatory lessons that are required, and to keep the log of these lessons? I didn't have to do them this time as i done the theory test and got the license before April 2011. I don't think that i will have to do the theory test again either, will I?

I'm not insured at the moment, but last year i was for 6 months with Aviva with the 10 lessons which were part of it. And i don't really want to go through all that again, just want to get insurance and do maybe one or two more lessons to top up and practice for the driving test, will i be able to do this?

Thanks, couldn't find much on the subject when i searched.

Hopefully i can get the driving test done, but i just want to make sure.
