Right lads, I know more about the queens arse than I do about cars so what in yer highly held opinions would be the best motor to buy with regards to insurance, value for money and petrol/diseal consumption etc etc!

I just want a normal car to bring me from a to b, nothing too fancy but still nothing crap.

I'm male 21 so insurance is the main reason why i'm holding off buying a new pair of wheels.

Alos should I look online or stick with garage/maindealers?

    Thanks :D

Not much mileage just around the area, to and from work. I have a part time job so that meas a few spare quid and as for budget I suppose nothing more than 3 grand anyway!
And I've nothing to trade with!

1.25 16v Fiesta. Good to drive, decent to own, parts are inexpensive.
