I was at the physio with my tendinitis, and with great advice its improving. Now my problem is I have low flexibility on my left hamstring big time. Friends have said dry needling. Anyone reckon it might help? Any advice? Im stretching constantly

Try warming up before stretching and maybe some foam rolling.

If you have knots/trigger points , you need to work them specifically as they dont respond to general stretching .
Also , if you are only tight on one side , you seriously need to have your back and pelvis assessed in case you arent balanced and there is a sciatic tightness there too.
    Good luck

You stretching everything? Concentrate on the antagonist quad, lower back and core to help strengthen that hammy, dont neglect the other one either. Get the physio to test your flexibility and try to improve on it before your next visit

What does stretching constantly mean, 20 seconds as hard as you can 3 times a day/as often as you remember/2-3 mins easing into the stretch following a warm up?

I do the last option and have had measurable improvements. It takes a long time though (several weeks).
