A friend of mine is thinking of applying to Paddy Power with a view to getting a role probably as a Business Analyst or a Technical Business Analyst, and he's just looking for a bit more information on what the role might entail.

What's the atmosphere like in the place?
What kind of salary would business analysts get?
Is there much scope for progression, etc.?
Do they work crazy hours?
