Weirdo videotaping me on the Belfast bus

I am currently on the Busaras-Belfast bus, i've just noticed a weirdo videotaping me, it was very disturbing. What are my rights in this situation? I was going to report him to the Bus Driver but don't really want the hassle and don't want to slow the bus down. What would you do?
