Hi I am looking to get a new tv.

have been looking around online a bit and these two fit my budget and requirements pretty well

    Things I am looking for:

DLNA, Ethernet, web browser, FUll HD, basically a reasonably future proofed TV for round this price. I am not too bothered about 3D as I think it is over rated and the technology isnt there yet

What would peoples opinion of these two tvs be? and which would you recommend.

    Samsung

    Or

    Philips

From my own expierence philips are not what they used to be. Not very reliable. But of course that is my opinion. Companies like L.G, Toshiba and Samsung seem to be doing ok

The thing I prefer Samsung is the support of the Skype which I don't believe is available in Philips. My 2 cents.
