Has anyone found any benefit to using this type of chainring better than the standard circular ring?
All the various manufacturers are claiming more power, less fatigue, less lactic acid buildup, more speed, reverses baldness :p ... and so on.
Surely if they were so good then everyone would be onto them - mind you Bradley Wiggins has them on his time trial bike so maybe there is something in them.
