Hi I just looking for some advice. I went for an interview Monday, and was told I'd hear o their decision by Friday. Which Is today and so far I've heard nothing, do u think this is a bad sign? Also, is it too soon to ring them looking for an answer? Thanks in advance :)

I hate when that happens. As today is Friday, I wouldn't take it as either a good or a bad sign. It's Summer, and it's a bank holiday weekend. They can often find that the people making the decisions aren't available or have suddenly taken half days, or whatever.

If you were dealing directly with someone in HR, I would wait till Tuesday afternoon and ring then. If you were dealing with a recruiter, ring them this afternoon.
