How long to go from JSB to JSA and what is the process like?

    How long does it take to get transferred from JSB to JSA?

    I think it might differ from region to region. I'm in Mayo.

    have a browse/search or maybe post your question there.

    They usually write to you b4 your jsb runs out inviting you to apply for jsa if that is your intention.

    My JSB finished up on the 10th of June. I had my JSA Means test interview on the 21st June and have heard nothing since.

    This is in Galway. 6 Weeks at least waiting time. It's back dated though AFAIK.

    I'm in Kildare mine ran out mid June went onto jsa no means test on the 28th June handed in my new babies birth cert and got the additional child1wk later
