Paint Problems

    Hi

    I stripped wallpaper from a room and painted it after. However the paint started peeling in patches a year later (pictures attached). It seems to be patches of wallpaper paste not properly stripped. What is the best way to remove the paste? I wouldnt like to strip the paste aand repaint and find the same problem a year later.
