Your question is a bit difficult to understand, but I think you are asking if customs will have an issue with you after using a commercial vehicle for private use in the UK. Assuming the vehicle is on irish plates and you are returning to ireland with your commercial vehicle, customs don't really have anything to say. How are they to know it was being used privately? You might have used the vehicle to "seek out new clients" in the UK.
