Hey there! Anyone experienced with acquiring a cert of residency off the government? I thought at first it was just proof of address but apparently it's an official document. Do we apply in our local county council or something?

I'm going teaching in Korea and I get tax deducted if I show them a certificate of residence from living in Ireland.

From the other countries listed it seems that revenue is the place to go.
