    All,

On the back of topics raised since I've commencing my activity's on Boards.ie for the IVVCC, I'd appreciate if you could participate in a poll I'm running on the IVVCC Facebook page.
It's going to form part of a series of polls which together I hope can provide an insight into the wants, likes and requirements of "Classic Car" enthusiasts.
Obviously the more people that take part the more accurate and the better the understanding I can get.

The poll can be reached by following the below link

I really appreciate your time in helping out.

I think you missed the point.

which was? that you couldn't vote as you don't have an account?

two courses of action, don't vote or open an account...

IVVCC are conducting a poll of facebook members to get their opinions, for whatever reason they have for doing so.... that they will miss the opinion of non-memebrs and the very-many classic owners who do not use the 'net, is another matter altogether.

    All,

I'll run a similar poll here on Boards.ie and other classic car forums. At least that way I can get a true reflection of the opinions of Classic Car Enthusiasts who use the internet.

I'll mention running similar polls through our affiliated clubs to our affiliate club secretary, but the logistics of conducting that may make it a non runner.

    Appreciate you assisting me.

    Regards,

    Ignore me, I'm only joking.

Serious suggestion; have you considered Surveymonkey? A simple survey may help with a more accurate view and will probably be easier to collate.
I have an interest in, and have owned, cars from the '50s up to '70s and I'm looking for something more recent.

:confused:I wonder if it would be better to leave things as they are at present in regards to Vintage Road Tax, and ZV. Reg. No. I feel that any representation to any Gov. Dept. is going to Highlight another additional source of income for the Gov. If we keep our head down, they may leave us alone, perhaps its a case of !crossing our bridges when meet them! There is a preception out there that most Vintage/ Classic owners are comfortably off, and I think the larger public would have little pity on us, nor, woould the Gov. for that matter.
