High Court Judicial Review Case

    Hi Folks,

    Anyone know if all High Court Cases are open to the public the case is not regarding children or family law matters so I don't think it'll be held in camera.

    It's a Judicial Review of a planning decision by a local authority.

    Yes absolutely. You should find a listing for it on Courts.ie depending on when it is.

    The lady on the reception (when ever I've been down there) at the Four Courts is lovely and they seem really happy to help when you get down there.
