Buying a car and need some advice

Hi guys, I'm driving a 1.2 L Clio at the moment and I want to change car soon. I've been looking at mainly Peugot 206's but I have a few questions!

I know if I go for the normal 206 hatchback I can get the smaller engine car again and I won't see much difference I running costs.

I really love the 206 cc though. The thing is its a 1.6 L as far as I know? Is there a smaller engine size? Or one similar, as in coupe style?

I drive about 80 miles a day and I'm worried about how ecconomical it would be and how much of a difference I would see money wise every week.

Any advice would be unreal! Thanks!

What year is your Clio? The 206 is a very old design now, it has been around since 1998 so you might not actually be getting a better car than you already have other than it has a folding roof. 1.6 litre is the smallest engine in the 206cc btw. The pedals are also very close together in the 206 which many people find awkward. The Opel Tigra is available in 1.4 litre but again it is based on the Corsa model that was around since 2001.

Also these small coupe/convertibles are not in anyway practical, the rear seats if any, are almost useless to anyone over the age of 4 and the boot is non existant as the roof mechanism swallows it up.
