    My phone wont turn on at all, is dead. Only got it Feb.
    It was running a custom ROM. Will this affect the warranty?

    But more detail than just 'bricked' would be nice.

    Wont boot at all, not even in to download mode, just dead.
    Have a Jig on the way.
    If that doesnt get it going what are my option?

    Was reading something with chrome and the phone froze. I tried to reboot but nothing working.
    Pulled the battery and when it restarted got passed the logo logo(movie) and then it was ready to unlock. I went to unlock and went into the boot logo again.
    So I booted into recovery and wiped davik, battery stats and cache hoping this would work.
    This time only got as far as the siyah splash screen and froze.
    Pulled the battery and now wont even boot.

    Sounds weird, try the jig but could be hw related.
    Will it charge?

    No when its plugged it screen shows nothing.
    Im worried its hardware as I guess with a custom Rom they wont stand by the warranty.

    Yes. I am not sure 100% if it is the samsung but flashing a custom rom may void the waranty.

    You could always call them up and act stupid, if you get me ;)

    Other possibility is a depleted battery. It fits the symptoms. If you can find one to try it might be worth a shot

    When I read Siyah kernel I feared the worst. Were you using 3.1 RC6 by any chance? If you were you've got a serious pain in the hole on your hands

    I bricked my SGS2 so many times I can't even remember, somehow the USB jig comes always to the rescue .:D
