Hi, I'm currently trying to fill a house in Woodhaven, Castletroy.

It's a 4 bedroom house, 1100e, 68.75 per person, per week (bins included). Originally we had four people lined up to take it but the 4th guy changed his mind and decided he wanted to live on-campus instead. So we have a bedroom that needs filling.

So that leaves us with a lovely house, spacious, clean, well lit, decent kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwaser, big freezer, nice big dining table for entertaining, massive bedrooms (one of which is en suite), three bathrooms in total, plenty of storage, leather couches, big telly, tasteful decor, gas heating and what looks like a fairly decent build quality.

All we need is you, and your slightly less than 70euro a week (for nine months). We haven't signed a leased yet but we told the landlord we'd get back to him in the next few days and he said he'd wait for word from us but obviously we can't give him the good word until one of you fine people fill the gap.

As regards your potential housemates, we're three lads, two final year sciencey stuff students and myself, I graduated from UCD in May and now I've lined up work for myself in Limerick and am eager to find a place to live.

So, anybody currently homeless and looking to change that?

EDIT: One semester only is fine by the way. We have a guy who can move in for semester two.
