Giant cookies

    Hi, does anybody know anywhere that makes giant personalised cookies?? Millies cookies was in liffey valley but have since left. I was hoping to get a giant personalised cookie for my niece's birthday, in the dublin or kildare area. Cheers.

    You could make one easy enough just use a regular chocolate chip cookie dough recipe (or cheat and buy the ready made cookie dough in Tesco) and decorate it.

    Bake a sugar cookie recipe that doesn;t rise much in a tin foil pizza pan. Ice it when cool and use a tinted bag of frosting to write on the message. just clip a bit off of one corner and squeeze . draw some posies or make a curly que doodled border and you're set.
