What i want to know is do i have to accept this card?

can i just have this account without this card as i dont ever use it

    Hi faolteam,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

If you no longer wish to have a card on your account, you can have it cancelled by calling 0818 365 365. This will prevent future cards issuing on your account, unless you should contact us at a later date to request one.

If you do decide it would be more convenient for you to have a card, you can view the features and benefits of the new Visa Debit card here.

    Hope this helps.
    Tara
