Bit of a Radom one but having had a baby in the last year and losing weight I need a push up bra (obvious reasons)
Now I'm still between a 40 and 42 in the back and d-e cup. Any ladies know any good websites or brands that I should be looking out for? Had a crying session last night with husband because (even though he has no complaints) I think I look hideous without support

    Moved from tLL to F&A

First of all, gonna recommend that you get measured. An extremely high percentage of women aren't wearing the right size and after having a baby your size will have changed - so it's a good time to get fitted. If you're in Dublin, try Bramora in Earlsfort Terrace.

If you'd rather order online, there's a very good measuring guide on Reddit's "A Bra That Fits" community - you'll need a measuring tape and possibly some assistance. It does work, by using that method I get the same size that Bramora fitted me into. Once you've got that, try Brastop, Bravissimo or Figleaves.

Thanks rainbow Kirby I didn't think of putting it into f&a!
I got measured last month and have lost half a stone since so that's why I'm unsure of size. It definitely needs to be push up though!!!

I can recommend 'Change' lingerie shop, there's one in Omni and Swords Pavillion, and a few others around the country. They do pretty much all their range in bigger sizes and they won't break the bank. Their staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

    Hope this helps.

Three important rules in bra purchase

    Measure
    Measure
    Measure!

My girlfriend is always getting a good measure as am I we are both hefty girls too so it pays off

I found an sexy lingerie online store that just sells plus size lingerie and I will let you know if it's any good when my item arrives. I think they sell big bras too but I haven't tried that.

Oxendales and Simply Be have great ranges for bigger girls and M & S is good too !!!

Disagree with M&S, find their fit a bit strange in bigger sizes (very awkward in anything bigger than F cup).

Actually I agree with you disagreeing.. M&S actually tend to get it wrong, their underwires hurt and straps are far too thin ... But Oxendales do great bras !!!
