book flights now or wait?

    we are lookin to book flights to the canaries next month but not sure if we should book now or will ryanair have a summer sale? its quite pricey at the minute and weve to book it up or down,should we wait or book now?any advice?

    No one knows.

    However, it's a very popular route, and doesn't often get vast reductions. You're also booking quite late in the game, which means that the cheapest seats are long gone and the dearer, last minute fares are all that's left.

    Basically, it's unlikely (but not impossible) that it will get the cheaper. Most likely, at this late stage, the prices will rise.

    A lot of Irish people with kids are looking to go somewhere/anywhere they are guaranteed sunshine after the awful weather we've had so far. Don't expect any bargains to the sun in August. I'd book right now if I was you, those fares will only go up, not down.

    I would book now rather than wait. With the crap summer more and more people are heading out to the sun.

    I would not only be worried about the fares having being gone up but sold out.
