Can you think of people currently involved in permanently-licenced radio who have had involvement in temporary licenced radio? It's as simple as that. Most of the examples that would come to mind would tend to be presenters, but they don't necessarily have to be: management, for example.

Here are my tuppence worth of examples.... for the moment anyway.

Radio Nova: Kevin Branigan, CEO - Choice FM, 949 The Rock. Carol Dooley - 949 The Rock. Pat Courtenay - Christmas FM, 949 The Rock. Marty Miller - Zenith Classic Rock. Dee Woods - DIT FM. Pat James - 949 The Rock, Zenith Classic Rock, Jason Dee - Play, Premier FM, The 90s Network, Real Radio.

Q102, Dublin - Matt Dempsey - 949 The Rock. Louise Maloney - 949 The Rock.

4FM - Enda Murphy - 949 The Rock. Niall Boylan - Real Radio

    98FM, Dublin - Daragh O'Dea - Premier FM

FM104, Dublin - Mel O'Brien (if still there) - Premier FM

Sunshine 106.8, Dublin - Tommy Greene - 949 The Rock.

Spirit Radio - Bernie Jameson - Choice FM, Premier FM, Christmas FM.

LMFM - Chris Murray - Christmas FM.

KFM - Dermot Breen - Christmas FM

East Coast FM - Ryan O'Neill and Ian Garland (also swing jock with Radio Nova) - Choice FM

Citybeat, Belfast - Shane Pearce - Christmas FM

Dublin City FM - Des Fitzgerald - Choice FM, 949 The Rock. Chris Maher - Christmas FM. Mick O'Brien - Hot Country, Christmas FM (AFAIK)

Phantom FM - Phamtom started as a pirate and then had two temporary licence runs and eventually got a full-time licence. It's kind of a special case. The following presenters were involved in temporary-licenced Phantom and are still with the station: Richie McCormack, John Caddell, Richie Ryan, Ray McGowan, Cathal Funge, James Byrne, Pearl and Jack Hyland.

Can you think of more examples?
