Problems with UPC

    Anyone else having problems with their UPC service? Picture and sound keeps skipping on ours. Any one know anything that could be causing it other than bad service from UPC. Have tried the usual turning on and off and making sure cables are in right!

    Yes, Aev, we're having trouble too recently. Thought it was weather related at first, but there's no real pattern to it. Sometimes black screen with No Signal for an hour at a time....

    Update. The boyfriend rang them earlier, not sure what the problem was but they said they would send out a technician in 2 weeks time ( we're away next week ).
    Then he decided to have another look and restore factory settings. Word of warning, don't do that! Apparently that breaks it, so we'll just have to wait and see what the technician says.
