*You can choose multiple options in the poll*

I've kept mine in the plastic and only took it off this week, I've noticed the left side is coming away and it seems to be a common issue. There'e also a dead pixel, luckily it's only noticeable in some lights or if the screen is really close.

Another issue I'm having is the screen is flickering under certain conditions. Seems to be when its at a low setting. Other issues that seem to be cropping up are ghosting, light leaking and touch screen issues(might be because of the screen issue)

So has anyone else had problems like this or something else?

Jez seems like you got a raw deal there mate. Return it to the store as soon as possible and they will replace it for you once stock arrives.
Absolutely no issues so far for me me, fantastic piece of kit for the price.

Interesting thread. I seem to have the flickering issue with mine. What have others done that have had this issue? Did they take the tablet back to try and get a replacement? Any solutions?

Is the flickering more noticeable in white areas of the screen? Would you describe it more like a slight auto adjust type affect, as if you had an automatic brightness option switched on?

I bought from Currys/PC world so I'm keeping an eye on the thread and waiting for word of new stock before I return it. No point in returning now and having to wait two weeks when I can just as well go in and swap it there and then.

The flickering only seems to happen when the screen is on automatic adjustment or (for me anyway) on its lowest setting.

The whole screen, at first I though it was auto adjustment but I didn't have it on at the time.

    .

It might be a better idea to go in and say it to them so that they know it happened straight away . Someone else on one of the threads did this and came to an arrangement with them that he would hold onto it until they got in the new stock .

    Hi guys,

My nexus is working grand and is a fantastic piece of kit but I have the following issue with it which I think is software based rather than hardware.

Auto sleep doesn't work when set to 1 min or longer. For 15 and 30 secs it's fine but after that it just refuses to auto sleep. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Cheers fro any help offered

No issues here, having said that.. the plastic wrap on the tablet itself had a big sloppy streak of gum like glue on it. I was dreading to see if there was damage on the unit itself.

My main gripe is the lack of a vibrate motor for tactile feedback of some sort.
