Wonder if anyone can help. I went to update the FW and its seems to be stuck at 55% for the last 2 hours. How can i fix it? can i turn it off and back on to try again or will that mess it up? Any help would be great i don't want to brick it thanks

Provided its not flashing the rom I doubt it will brick it, could be the problem with pulling down the update firmware package, if it goes on for too long, you will have no choice but unplug and find out.
