If you have left a job voluntarily, and the DSW disallow a claim for JSB for up to 9 weeks.... when the JSB is eventually paid is it back dated to the date of unemployment or is the JSB for the 9 weeks penalty never actually paid?

    thanks

The 9 weeks penalty is never paid hence it being a penalty but the period of time on jb starts from the day you applied for it.
