Job Offer Negotiations?

I was offered a job today, am delighted its what I have been looking for hours wise etc. The salary is quite low though and this is a part-time role so will be v low. There are extra benefits like a car, daily allowance (5/day), health insurance and pension get added after 6 months and a company credit card. So I need to figure out how much BIK I will be paying on the car and how to negotiate a better salary, I have said that I will take the job verbally but just got the formal offer with salary etc on email. Whats the best approach here?

you will also pay BIK on the health insurance, so bear that in mind also

Also factor in, as you will be on a lower salary your PRSI and USC deductions will be lower. You may also qualify for other benefits such as a GP visit or full medical card or other state benefits. These things may not seem to make a big difference but actually can mean that your take home pay may not be as low as you expected. I have seen instances where staff have moved to p/t and when you factor in these things, sometimes the difference can be as little as €50 a week.

Thanks for your reply, I got nowhere trying to negotiate a higher salary so am stuck with the offer! Also I have been given set days to work and also even though I am working from home no contribution to home broadband or indeed a phone or laptop have been mentioned, I have sent in an email full of queries but if they cannot sort this then I will have to let the job go. I have gotten a call about another job, also part time but well paid and more of a step forward. It is a bloody jungle out there nowdays, I have moved jobs a couple of time in my career but this is by far the most complicated move of my life!
