    Hi
What do you mean by lipo ready? What has been done from stock Dboys set up to allow a 11.1 lipo? Would you be able to drop this to hobbyairsoft in cork?

I did use on this gun 11.1 lipo but the ROF was to high so I did switch to 7.4 ...
I am selling this gun with:
    - AK Stick Type Battery 8.4V
    - 2 x hi-cap mags

Lipo ready well the gearbox is strong enough to take lipo up to 11.1V

    Hi,
Is the screw cap missing from the fire selector lever? any other broken or missing pieces? Do the batteries hold their charge? How old are they? Have they seen much use?

The gun is around 1 year old,
I have been use it about 10 times on skirmish
the cap is not missing + fire selector work perfectly
all the scratches I made by my self ... to just make the looks of this gun more realistically
I am big fan of AK !!!

Cheers for the reply. How about the batteries? I'll be skirmishing this aeg so its important the batteries are 100% and hold a full charge.. Do they? I'm in kildare so will be traveling down to cork to collect. You have a Nice looking AK and am interested but only for 140euro for first pic or 150 for everything in second pic .Might have found another in kilkenny so waiting on reply from other OP before i can confirm offer. Cheers

the black stick --> it is the original stock battery 8.4 / ...??? 1500Mah battery
it will hold the power for around 2-3h
    the red one ---> 9.6 / 1600 almost new ---> cost me €25
bag of the bbs ---> is €12

    option 1 = €150
    option 2 + only battery = €165

Cheers for the honest reply but a battery that only holds a charge for 2-3 hrs would be of little use to me. I'd be needing as well the newer 9.6V, Charger, AK, 2 mags, sling for 150euro. Don't need the bbs I have plenty
(i buy 0.25g in bulk for about 8 euro a bag) Cheers.

    ok €150 is fine
there is one thing only you should know
the cocking level is broken ... just the lever part is missing ... I was planning to buy it if somebody will pay the €180 for the gun
To get it it is only $10 ...

Ah dude... I asked you in post 16 if there were any broken or missing pieces? This is the kind of thing that should be in the first post!!! That part a RSOV is $10.99 plus $4 shipping is working out 12 euro-plus a paypal fee then I'll have to wait a week or more for the part and then install it!!!
This knocks my offer from 150 to 135 euro. Any other problems? Does it work on both semi and Auto? Does it ever fire more than one shot on semi? Does it missfire? Do all mags feed properly? Does it double feed? Does the hop up work and is it adjustible? Any problems or other missing or broken pieces at all? Does it have all its screws, grub screws and clips. I'll be traveling from kildare and doing a detailed inspection, chronoing and testfire.

the €150 is the lowest price I can go for the gun with the 2 battery

Once an asking price is reduced it cannot be increased, if you had read the Charter as you are ment to do you would know this
So the asking price is still €150

Ak 74 / dboy / full metal / and believe me it is a great gun. It's shooting 310=312fps very nicely. The gearbox has been serviced by professional airsoft mechanic. There is no air leek, no wobbling parts, fire selector is sturdy and working well, good solid heavy gun. I have installed the systema hop up rubber and the accuracy is just amazing.

One missing part is the lever from the cocking lever
    http://f.cl.ly/items/2V2I003h0R0l2P1S1u2v/kit_0443_1.jpg
but it is not making any difference on the performance of this gun. Can be easly replaced.

    Hi
Had My Techie meet Artsu as agreed. We could't do a deal on the AK even for the cheap price of 130 euro. The custom paint job was only on the wood, I was under the impression that the metal parts were custom painted too and not scratched, sanded, grinded or polished down to the bare metal. i shoud has clarified with you.
As well the magazines had to be forced into position and the Techie's own AK74 mags that he brought with him wouldn't fit.
The two batteries you provided were the cheap 8.4 green type not the black and new red 9.6 in your thread here. (Uncharged) Artsu did not even know when they were charged or If they hold a charge which would be no good to me.
And finally he could not even chrono because the 3 times he tried the AEG would not fire, maybe a loose wire maybe something worse and the wires were heating up when it wasen't firing.
I'm glad I asked my techie to have a look but at the same time I feel like an Idiot for ptting him out, he drove more than an hour out of his way to meet Artsu and see an AEG that is clearly not in a saleable condition. A very unhappy Miske.

    Miske please take my apologies:

    APPEARANCE OF THE GUN
    - i did not explain enough clearly the painting job ... I have posted many of pictures ... to be honest I never seen AKs body painted .. all people on the world making them older by scratching the paint ... etc
    - yes the wood is only painted and the other work it was not sanding paper ... I mostly polished it !!! it took for me many days to make it.
    my inspiration:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ub-52nLGR2M

    PROBLEM WITH MAGS and WIRE
ok it happened ... It may happen to anybody with OUR AIRSOFT TOYS
one of the wire was loose and when the magazine was in it was causing the problem with fire and fitting the magazines
I have just simple fixed it in 5 min.
    DSC_0476_wire.jpg

I think your friend did not like the looks of the AK ....

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 100 ✭✭miske

Yes you are right he did not like the look of the gun, your "polishing" removed the paint down to bare metal and I planned skirmishing this aeg. Without paint or any protective layer, Bare metal plus Irish weather equals rust!! He didn't like that It did not fire or that the mags wouldn't fit (as you say you have fixed those problems). And he also didn't like the batteries you provided on the day as they were not the ones advertised in your thread. All these things together are the reason he did not buy it. Cheers
