Neighbours Gas Fire Flue Concerns

    Hi,

The neighbours are currently installing a gas fire in a new rear single story extenstion and i have asked the question in relation to building regs about the gas flue location and height. It is only going to be 2 - 3 ft over a flat roof. My concern is the exhaust gases will blow back in back windows of my house. The poposed localtion is approx 3m - 3.5m from my back window.

What are the regulations in this area and what can i do, should i be concerned. I am worried about CO2 gases entering the house if windows left open at night.

Any info or advice on this would be great as i need to move quickly before they install.
