Safari google search results in chinese

    New to the MAc operating system to please bare with me.

    When I use the google search engine in safari my results appear in chinese!!
    Any way to change this?

    Check your Region settings in System Prefs > Language & Text.

    preferences
    privacy
    remove all web site data
