So I have a spare room, and want to let it to someone that is willing to spend time teaching me French! How do I go about it? Any suggestions, because obviously I don't want to have a lazy freeloader!

Look at the colleges that get French people over. They get a reduced rate (eg; 50% off) and they teach you French.

An idea! Thank you! Any online sites you can think of Syco?

Off the top of my head; no. But look at your local colleges and see if they offer english courses for French people.
