i received one in march 2011 wasnt happy with it but still accepted but i dont blame i blamed my lawyer as he only submitted reports from his own doctur and none from my own GP that had treated me without fail every 2 weeks for the 3years up to it i settled for closure more than anything but they are a very good orgainisation and seem pretty fair i know someone that got a very good settlement for a broken toe and where more than happy
