    Anyone else doin this one?

    http://www.runireland.com/events/clewbay

Signed up ages ago now I'm dreading it as I've been injured for the last 6 weeks with no running at all.

Prior to that I was at 13k as my longest distance.

This isn't gonna be good is it.

If anyone's done it before any tips / advice is welcome.

    Cheers

It a tough enough course, undulating but scenic! If u been injured then take it easy. They put on a nice spread after for all runners~ nice community feeling but let people down with no medals on finishing. You don't actually run on the bay~ as i remember~ route heads inland.

Tough enough course, not as tough as Achill but tougher than phoenix park.Ticks all the boxes for a top race acurate course, athmospere, t-shirt, good spread after, showers, decent prizes.

Hoping to do it as well.

Expecting the course to be tough, as I do some of it regularly on the bike and that first half is a bit of a drag.

Hopefully the weather improves, I have not signed up just yet, but more than likely will.
