I think it depends on what course you are in. They usually have the provisional timetable ready around the end of august.

If your course is anything like my course, then the timetable will be heavily based around the previous years' timetable for that particular course year. If you have a general course module on Blackboard used for course announcements and other stuff like that then it might have a ‘Timetables’ section, so that might be worth a check. It would give you a good idea of what you'll be looking at next year anyway.
