I know of a couple who live oustide this country yet claim the state pension and come home every few weeks to sign on. I want to report this couple but don't know where or who too. Any advice?

You don't need to sign on for the State Pension, and payment can be made while outside the country (you have to notify the Department of this however) http://www.welfare.ie/EN/OperationalGuidelines/Pages/paymentmethods.aspx#absence
But, if you do think fraud is being committed, you should follow the link mp22 posted above.
