Freestyle Kungfu at Evolve in Derry

Hi Guys, Wanted to know if anybody on the forum attends or has attended the Freestyle Kungfu classes at Evolve gym in Derry city. Can't find much info on the Web of this style or its origins/organisations etc... Is this just some madeup mix of styles??? All the instructors seem to be Black Sashes in it. Not knocking…

Hi Guys,

All the instructors seem to be Black Sashes in it.
Not knocking Evolve....heard nothing but good things from people doing other classes,just would like to know what exactly Freestyle Kungfu involves and what the basis for the system are.
