    any1 care to share there diets for when there training for fights,just looking for few more ideas and to mix up my own.. :)

    ah ye just looking for ideas from fighters on there diets when training for a fight more then just a persons diet,if that makes sense

    Does indeed, plenty of fighters and coaches here so hang about for some info.

    Heya Phelo,

    I'd have thought you'd be the one giving out advice at this stage with the amount of fights under your belt.
    Fresh fruit and veg, much as you can get into you, avoid anything processed. Thats what works for me anyway.

    I just avoid junk and carbs nothing too strict i try to lay off red meat and fried food
