Best mountain/hybrid bike in halford's between 300 and 450 euro

I am quite new to cycling and would love a recommendation on a bike to buy.I just bought a trax bike for 139 euros from halfords but it is quite small and slow.I am willing to up my budget to a max of 440 euro to buy a new one from halfords..
