I've been vaping for a couple of years at this stage and I've noticed occasional chest pain, especially if I've vaped a lot the day before. I use medium strength (11mg) Joyo juice.

Does anyone experience this? Should I be concerned?

any pain should be a concern and validates a trip to a professional.
ask your doctor and not internet people if you have real pain.
smokers, non smokers and also vapers can have pain, also somethings must not be related
or maybe even old habits have something to do with it.

simply if its pain and for piece of mind, go to your gp please

I have only experienced improvement to my health since I started vaping as I used to have chest /lung pains when a a smoker and a terrible wheeze and this has mostly gone now.

I think if you would be better off to get it checked out by a doctor to be on the safe side as it may not be vaping related and need to be investigated.
