Plug and Play Sega Mefa Drive .... can it be modded?

I was thinking of buying a Sega Megadrive plug & play from Agros ( link ) It seems a cool little thing. I have about 25 old megadrive carts. But being used to switching between games at the press of a few buttons ... I am just wondering can this be modded to play all my 25 roms? I also seen this So could I play my games on…

Save yourself the hassle of buying those cheap console clones, they're terrible quality & are pretty rubbish.

You would get an actual Sega Megadrive for less than the price, & if you want to play roms, the recommended flash cart is called the Everdrive. This will allow you to play all your roms on one cart. The Everdrive is pricey, but its the flash cart you want.
