Thanks a million for that Dan man! :)

Rheinisch probably the guy I've most hope for tomorrow. He put in a super performance in Beijing IIRC. Didn't he only miss out on a medal because he missed a gate or something?

I'm most looking forward to seeing 17-year-old swimmer Sycerika McMahon go in the 100m breastroke, an event she finished 5th in the final of the European Championships this summer. A semi-final place is attainable and that would be a great achievement for this young talent. She has a big future in the sport.

He did come very close in Beijing. Not too sure about ihs current form though...

Here we go. Another 15 hours in front of the telly! Watched the RTE review back last night, it's hilarious, especially Bill, the non-sporting comments that they mean to be sporting, it's really factual/comedy, how do they get away with it?! Looking forward to all, mostly our swimmers. A good result from Melanie could set the tone.
