Yes you do need a licence in northern Ireland, And you have already been told that you also need a licence in the Republic of Ireland in the other two threads. What you are trying to do is very stupid. even if you do manage to get an air pistol into the country without a firearms licence and an import licence how do you intend buying pellets for it? Pellets are considered ammunition as you need a firearms licence, So if you go into a gun dealers and ask them for a tin of pellets they will ask to see your licence. If you want an air pistol join a gun club, go to a gun shop, and apply for a licence. anyone above the age of 16 is eligible to apply for a licence.
