I attached aero bars on my road bike, and notice an immediate improvement- but from what I gather I need to raise the saddle, and perhaps move it forward- is there a general guideline for how best to do this?

    Probably using Dalkey mustard.

    Carefully.
And only after the consumption of a good quality ham and Dijon mustard sammich.
Bon chance avec ca ma petit.

Just don't over-do it on the mustard just before you head out.

Don't throw away your empty tins of Colman's Mustard Powder when you're done with them Kurt.

They make ideal containers as puncture repair kits for your bike !
